ABK6 Millesime 1985 Vintage is an exclusive vintage cognac from Domaines Francis Abécassis, made from eaux-de-vie distilled in 1985 and bottled in 2015. It comes from only six small casks stored in the estate’s paradis cellar and is limited to 2820 bottles.

The cognac has a complex and elegant profile with notes of dried fruits, orange peel, pepper, and quince. The aroma offers floral nuances and cedarwood, while the taste balances sweetness and spice with caramelized tones and light oak. The finish is long and harmonious.

HMS Princissa was originally a Spanish vessel but was captured by the British in 1780 at the battle of Cape St. Vincent. Captained by Charles Knatchbull with Rear Admiral Francis Samuel Drake aboard, this 70 gun ship of the line was on of the first ships to engage the French in the Battle of the Saints. Fighting valiantly the Princessa engaged the enemy throughout the battle and inspired Admiral Rodney distillery to create this rum which embodies power and integrity.
