The bottle comes from the Danish drinks house ISH Spirits, which crafts its alcohol-free range at Oremandsgaard – one of Denmark's oldest organic estates – using clean, pesticide-free water as its base. This expression is built around the classic Reposado tequila style: organic Mexican agave is combined with American oak, bay leaf, barley and a touch of brown sugar, together delivering the rounded, lightly oaked character you'd expect from an aged tequila. ISH has also developed a unique distillate from chilli seed shells, which provides a spiced kick in place of alcohol's warmth.
