  This sherry, of the Manzanilla type, comes from the Lustau Bodega and is one of three different cities in the sherry triangle region. Sanlúcar de Barrameda is located at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, where Atlantic breezes create a unique microclimate. This climate imparts a rare sea salt character to the yeast on the surface of the Manzanilla, enhancing the sherry's flavor. This Manzanilla, selected for its delicacy, is aged for five years under "flor" in American oak casks and bottled without treatment. Serve at 7-9°C with oysters or ceviche for a raw and wild flavor experience.
