Rebujito Barbadillo is a fresh, sparkling summer drink with just 4.9% alcohol - filled with citrus, mint and elegant Manzanilla sherry.
Expert's Description
Rebujito Barbadillo is a ready-to-drink cocktail from Andalusia with an alcohol content of 4.9%, based on Manzanilla sherry from Barbadillo. The Rebujito - pronounced "re-bu-hi-to" - is the iconic Andalusian drink traditionally consumed during Ferias and horse races in southern Spain, and it has now landed in Denmark in ready-mixed form. This version combines lemon and lime soda, fresh mint and dry Manzanilla, giving a crisp, cool and refreshing taste experience where the sherry note lifts the whole and adds depth.
