When do you deliver the products?

The products you have purchased will normally arrive within 1-3 work days.

How can I exchange my item?

You can return the item and order a new via the shop. Alternatively, contact us on: +45 50 10 60 93 between 8:15AM-11:00AM or send us an email on Ordre@whisky.dk.

How do i return my order or part of my order?

You can choose to return via one of our retailers, service partners, or via PostNord.

  • Our products are delivered via PostNord, and a return label is included for use – you can also choose to return via one of our retailers or service partners.
  • Note that you can return the item using courier services such as GLS, DAO, PostNord, or any other service of your preference.
  • IMPORTANT: When returning, a return slip must always be included so that our warehouse can identify the item and who should be credited. The item must always be returned in its original packaging. You must send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.
What do I do if I have opened my bottle and want to return it?

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item's commercial value. In some cases, this may mean that you will only be able to get the shipping costs back.

 

To receive a full refund, you must handle the item in the same manner as you would in a physical store. You may try the item but not actually use it. Since the original packaging may constitute a significant part of the item's value, the item may lose value if the original packaging is not included. Therefore, customers are encouraged to keep the packaging until they are certain they wish to keep the item.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal?

There are cases where you do not have the right of withdrawal when shopping online. This includes, for example, flights, event tickets, hotel stays, and custom-made goods.

No Right of Withdrawal
The following agreements cannot be canceled:

  • Delivery of non-financial services that have been fully performed, if you have previously accepted that the service starts and that your right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.
  • Agreements for accommodation, but not for residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rentals, catering, or leisure activities when the date or period is agreed upon. (The latter may include courses, performances, events, etc.)
  • Delivery of digital content, such as computer programs, apps, games, music, films, etc., that is not delivered physically on, for example, CD or DVD, if you have previously accepted that the performance starts and that your right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.

Withdrawal of Part of the Purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you withdraw from part of your purchase.

We have more than +200 open bottles in our different bars. Choose between the Whiskybar, Bourbonbar or Rum bar. (min. 18 years to be able to enjoy a tasting).

You can call us every workday from 8:15 - 11:00 at: +45 50 10 60 93. Vi are doing everything we can to reply all phone calls. Otherwise leave a message with name and number, also order number and we will get back to you asap!

How do you send and what does it cost?

Denmark:

We offer free shipping if you purchase whisky or rum for more than 899 DKK. Otherwise, you can choose from the following options:

  • Postnord.dk
  • Postnord.dk WITHOUT delivery
    • 39 DKK for up to 10 kilos
    • 99 DKK for up to 20 kilos

Additional options:

  • Delivery to your home address: 59 DKK
  • Free pickup at a location of your choice near your residence

Pickup (Pick up in the shop):

  • Pickup at the store, Vejstruprødvej 15, 6093 Sjølund. By appointment only - Call +45 5210 6093. Please pay in advance via Dankort.

Sweden:

  • Postnord WITHOUT delivery
    • 69 DKK for up to 20 kilos.

We do not ship to Norway.

Is it safe to shop at Whisky.dk?
