How can I exchange my item?You can return the item and order a new via the shop. Alternatively, contact us on: +45 50 10 60 93 between 8:15AM-11:00AM or send us an email on Ordre@whisky.dk. How do i return my order or part of my order?You can choose to return via one of our retailers, service partners, or via PostNord.
What do I do if I have opened my bottle and want to return it?You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item's commercial value. In some cases, this may mean that you will only be able to get the shipping costs back.
To receive a full refund, you must handle the item in the same manner as you would in a physical store. You may try the item but not actually use it. Since the original packaging may constitute a significant part of the item's value, the item may lose value if the original packaging is not included. Therefore, customers are encouraged to keep the packaging until they are certain they wish to keep the item.
