  Balthazar 5 Year is a Barbados Rum, aged at least 5 years and bottled at 40%.

  The rum is bottled by Pope Spirits and brings together craftsmanship from both Barbados and the Dominican Republic in a balanced composition. The minimum 5 years of ageing in oak casks shows clearly in the flavour, where aged oak adds depth and natural notes of vanilla create balance between sweetness and spice. The colour is entirely natural, arising solely from the long maturation process.

  The result is a soft, rounded rum, where vanilla meets oak in a long, harmonious finish.

  Pope Cuppa Authentic Coffee Liqueur is a Coffee Liqueur based on rum, bottled at 18%.

  The liqueur is released by Pope Spirits, the brand otherwise known for its pure rum releases blended from distillates sourced in Guatemala, Nicaragua and Trinidad & Tobago. With Cuppa, launched in late 2024, the house moves into the liqueur market by combining its rum base with coffee, chocolate and vanilla. The low 18% alcohol content gives it a soft, rounded style, intended to be enjoyed after dinner, in desserts or as a base in cocktails such as the Espresso Martini.

  The result is a round, coffee-forward liqueur, where roasted beans meet chocolate and a light sweetness.
