Radius Dansk Straight Kommen Akvavit is an organic Danish aquavit at 43% ABV from Radius Distillery.
The distillery uses green and ripe caraway to create a light, lively aroma that sets it apart from heavy, traditional aquavits. Radius is based at Oremandsgaard Gods in Præstø, where two German copper stills are the heart of production for both gin and aquavit. Straight Kommen reinterprets the classic Nordic flavour with a fresher expression, keeping caraway at the centre without letting it turn heavy or overpowering.
