Noah's Mill Whiskey

Noah's Mill is a brand of Kentucky Small Batch Bourbon produced by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, also known as Willett Distillery, in Bardstown, Kentucky. Noah's Mill Bourbon was originally stored in charred oak barrels for 15 years, but today the finished Noah's Mill Bourbon consists of various whiskeys stored between 4 and 20 years. Noah's Mill Whiskey has a very special grain recipe as the whiskey is mixed with rye-based bourbon casks with different rye percentages as well as wheat-based bourbon casks. The special cereal blend also results in a special but elegant flavor with notes of cocoa, caramel, vanilla, toasted nuts and peppermint.
