Jim Beam Whiskey

Jim Beam Whiskey

Jim Beam White has a dark amber color with hints of mahogany. The aromas are harmonious with clear hints of oak. The palette is intense with a characteristic corn sweetness.

Jim Beam White is as American as apple pie and a true proof of quality, tradition and passion, which has defined Jim Beam over four centuries. In other words, Jim Beam White is the result of seven generations of craftsmanship that goes into each bottle, along with corn, rye, barley malt, water, time and pride.

Jim Beam is produced from the maize, rye and barley raw materials, and when the cereals are ground, they are mixed with water and then heated. Jim Beam is especially careful about this step in the process, where less water and large resources are used to preserve the flavors of the different cereals. After the blend has fermented, it is double distilled, so all impurities are removed. The actual storage of Jim Beam White takes place for four years on new American casks, carved on the inside, to extract the wood's natural sugars and create Jim Beam's soft and natural sweetness.

Jim Beam White is the flagship of Jim Beam's distillery, founded in 1795 by the Beam family, who are still part of the business. The bourbon was named "Jim Beam" in 1933 after Colonel James B. Beam, who rebuilt the business after the prohibition period. When you taste Jim Beam White, you enjoy a bourbon made from almost the same recipe for more than 200 years.
