The Uncharted Whisky Company is an independent whisky bottler operated exclusively by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos. We work in the gorgeous village of Fintry, Scotland where we harbour a passion for creating exceptional whisky.

We select casks of whisky that we love. Sometimes we bottle them straight away, sometimes we mature them further, sometimes we do something a little more radical and finish the maturation in a completely different cask.
