Bloom Gin

Since 1761, Greenall's has distilled gin in the English town of Warrington, making the house England's oldest gin distillery. Bloom was created as a deliberately softer, more floral interpretation for a modern audience wanting something less sharp than the classic dry style. With chamomile, honeysuckle, and pomelo, Bloom insists that gin can also be delicate.

Bloom is an English gin from Greenall's, the oldest gin distillery in England, located in Warrington.

History & Background

Bloom was developed by Joanne Moore, the world's only female master distiller in premium gin, who has led production at Greenall's since 1998. Her ambition was to create a gin that broke away from the sharp, classic London Dry style and instead appealed to drinkers seeking something softer and more aromatic. The result, launched in the early 2000s, became one of Britain's first commercially successful 'new style' gins and helped pave the way for the wave of flavoured gins that later swept the market.
