Master distiller Joanne Moore looked to English walled gardens and her love of tea when she set out in 2009 to create a lighter, more floral gin than the classic, juniper-heavy style.

Bloom London Dry Gin is an English Premium London Dry Gin distilled in a traditional copper pot still and bottled at 40%.
Bloom was created by Joanne Moore, master distiller at G&J Distillers, with a vision for a brighter, more approachable gin that broke away from the heavy juniper style.
At the heart of the recipe sits a trinity of aromatic botanicals: sweet honeysuckle and sunny chamomile dance alongside the fresh citrus of pomelo, added by hand together with seven closely guarded botanicals in total.
The result is a lighter, more floral gin that stands clearly apart from classic, juniper-driven London Dry gins.
Tasting notes
Nose
The nose is floral and light with chamomile and honeysuckle, lifted by a fresh citrus tone from pomelo.
Palate
The palate is soft and delicate with juniper in the background, floral sweetness and a light bitterness from pomelo.
Finish
The finish is short and floral, with a last trace of citrus.
