The beautiful colour of Nitus Cava Brut Reserve is pale yellow with green tones and fine, persistent bubbles, and with good structure on the palate this is a cava that offers more complexity than the standard Brut level.
Expert's Description
Nitus Cava Brut Reserve is a Sparkling Wine from Penedès, Catalonia, Spain, with an alcohol content of 11.5%. Nitus is a brand under Bodegas Sojosa, founded in 1985 by Arturo Ramos and Joseph M. Delgado Goma, and the Reserve designation indicates a longer ageing period in bottle than a standard Brut cava, giving extra complexity and finesse in the bubbles. The cava is made using the Traditional Method with secondary fermentation in bottle, the same method used for Champagne.
