Freshly picked Danish strawberries are steeped in apple eau de vie, where they draw out flavour and colour, after which the liqueur is sweetened to the right balance. Vesterhavsmost is best known for its single-variety apple juice, and the strawberry liqueur is one of several fruit liqueurs built on the house's own apple distillate.
