  Silvio Carta Sambuca is an aromatic and intense Italian sambuca that captures the essence of Sardinia’s sun‑drenched terroir and the deep craftsmanship of Silvio Carta. This sambuca is based on a classic recipe where star anise takes the lead, supported by carefully selected herbs and spices, all grown locally on Sardinia. The result is a spirit with both authenticity and character.

  Production begins with the distillation of grapes and grains to create a clean, neutral alcohol base. This base is then infused with star anise and aromatic herbs, which are slowly distilled to extract the most delicate and complex flavour nuances.
