The drink has a clean and natural fruit profile, where the aroma opens with juicy pears, light floral hints and an elegant, balanced acidity.

Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Rose is a German Sparkling Rose Wine from Rheingau, Germany, made from Merlot, Pinot Noir and Blauer Portugieser with an alcohol content of 0%. Like the rest of the house's Eins Zwei Zero range, the wine is made by first fermenting the grapes into a regular rose wine, after which the alcohol is gently removed through a vacuum process. The blend of three red grape varieties gives a fruity, sweet profile that sets it apart from the house's pure Riesling editions.
