Rammstein Limited Edition 2022 - Sauternes Cask Finish Rum from the iconic rock band French Ex-Sauterne Cask Finish Rum is the fourth rum in the series from Rammstein. The previous variants have received additional maturation in Islay Whisky casks and Cognac casks, with this edition having completed its maturation in French ex-Sauternes casks. The result is a rum with strong aromas of molasses and brown sugar, followed by subtle notes of walnut, orange and honey. The taste is fruity and tart with notes of orange and kumquat. Rammstein Limited Edition Limoux Cask Finish is an exclusive rum that combines power and finesse – just like the band itself. This unique release is crafted from carefully selected Caribbean rums, which, after the initial aging process, have undergone an additional finish in Limoux wine casks from southern France.

Aging in Limoux casks adds a complex depth, where notes of ripe fruits, dark chocolate, and spices blend with a light vinous character and a subtle sweetness. On the palate, flavors of caramel, toasted oak, and dried fruit emerge, while the finish is rounded off with vanilla, tobacco, and a hint of dark berries. This release is limited to 6,100 bottles.
