This unique release is crafted from carefully selected Caribbean rums, which, after the initial aging process, have undergone an additional finish in Limoux wine casks from southern France.

Aging in Limoux casks adds a complex depth, where notes of ripe fruits, dark chocolate, and spices blend with a light vinous character and a subtle sweetness. On the palate, flavors of caramel, toasted oak, and dried fruit emerge, while the finish is rounded off with vanilla, tobacco, and a hint of dark berries. This release is limited to 6,100 bottles.
