  Nyborg Distillery Organic Coffee Liqueur is a Rum-based Coffee Liqueur bottled at 23%.

  The liqueur is made by Nyborg Destilleri on Funen, founded by brothers Niels and Nicolai Rømer, who since 2017 have run a modern distillery in the historic railway workshop buildings where DSB's freight wagons were once repaired. The coffee liqueur combines rum, coffee, vanilla and cane sugar, all organic. The coffee is decaffeinated, giving the liqueur a full coffee flavour without becoming too bitter.

  The liqueur is organic and made by Nyborg Destilleri, which was named "Distillery of the Year" in 2025. It can be enjoyed ice-cold as a shot, but also works well in a range of cocktails and desserts.

  Taste

  The nose is cool and intense with peppermint and eucalyptus, and the palate follows with a deep, menthol-like fullness that is sweetened but not sugary. The finish is long, cooling and refreshing.
