Lindores Abbey Snaps

Lindores Abbey is the place where whisky, according to written record, was born – in 1494 the exchequer rolls noted that Friar John Cor received malt to distil 'aqua vitae' for King James IV. After centuries as a ruin, the distillery rose again in 2017 right beside the abbey's foundations in Fife. Drinking Lindores is drinking from whisky history's very first page.
