It is named after the first bartender to use rye whiskey in the Sazerac cocktail, which was originally made with Cognac. The 2016 bottling was distilled in the spring of 2010 and aged on floors 4, 5, and 7 in Warehouse I, K, & M. Aroma: A spicy Rye nose greets you. There are sweet notes of oak barrel, apricots and orange. Taste: The spices bite into your mouth and the fatty rye spreads with sweetness and orange flavors.
