This vintage of Winter Warmer from Poppels Bryggeri in Partille is based on the English tradition of stronger winter ales, crafted to warm the body and soul during the cold season. The beer is brewed with barley malt, orange, and cinnamon, and has a reddish-brown color with dense foam and a rich, malt-forward character.

The flavor profile is malty with a gentle sweetness, offering notes of fruitcake, toffee, dried apricots, orange, and cinnamon. It has an IBU of 30, providing mild bitterness and a full body that makes it suitable both as a companion drink and with hearty winter dishes.
