Yamazakura 16 is exclusively bottled for the European market. It is aged for 16 years in ex-bourbon casks, before it is poured into tanks for a period of time. It is then aged further in ex-bourbon barrels to give it the final characteristics. It contains 80% grain and 20% malt and is bottled at 40% ABV.
