Vincent Bachelet Vins de Bourgogne 2023 is a Red Wine from Burgundy, France made from 100% Pinot Noir, bottled at 13% ABV.
Vincent Bachelet founded his own domaine in Chassagne-Montrachet in 2008, after many years working on the family estate alongside his father Bernard and his brothers. Today he farms 17 hectares spread across Maranges, Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin and Meursault, with hand-harvested grapes and minimal intervention in the cellar.

The wine comes from Vincent Bachelet's domaine, based since 2008 in a historic wine merchant's building with 18th-century vaulted cellars in Chassagne-Montrachet. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with minimal intervention, letting the terroir speak.

About Domaine Vincent Bachelet

Domaine Vincent Bachelet is based in Chassagne-Montrachet and produces elegant wines from both Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. The estate is run with respect for tradition, sustainability and terroir, working primarily with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown on some of Burgundy's most respected parcels. As the father of Aurore Bachelet, who has built her own domaine on the same philosophy, Vincent represents a generation of Burgundy winemakers whose knowledge is now being passed on - making these bottles interesting both for everyday enjoyment and for those following the family's story over time.

History & Background

The Bachelet family owns vineyards in Chassagne-Montrachet, where the family has farmed some of the village's finest parcels for several generations. Vincent Bachelet has carried this legacy forward with a farming approach built on sustainability and minimal cellar intervention, letting the terroir of Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits speak clearly in the glass. He has also trained his daughter Aurore, who has since established her own domaine in Santenay - a reflection of how Burgundy's winemaking families traditionally pass the craft down from generation to generation.
