This release is part of Penelope’s experimental Architect series, where the focus is on building flavor profiles with precision and depth, much like an architect designing a structure. The whiskey is based on Penelope’s four‑grain recipe of corn, wheat, rye and malted barley, and it is aged for at least four years in new American oak barrels before receiving an additional finish with French oak staves from Tonnellerie Radoux.

  What sets Penelope Architect apart is the use of OakScan technology, which makes it possible to select staves with specific aromatic characteristics. The result is a bourbon with a complex and layered flavor profile, where classic vanilla and caramel meet floral notes, light toast and a refined, spicy finish.
