    Penelope Architect Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a batting of several different cask types, composed to create balance between sweetness, spice and wood, bottled at 52%. Penelope Bourbon was founded in 2018 by Mike Paladini and childhood friend Danny Polisse to celebrate the birth of Paladini's daughter, Penelope. The whiskey is distilled at MGP's historic distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, founded in 1847, as well as at Bardstown Bourbon Company in Kentucky, and is then composed as battings of several cask types.
