Kentucky Owl Whiskey

A bourbon whose name comes from an owl said to have kept watch over the old warehouses. Kentucky Owl was founded in 1879 by Colonel J. R. Wathen and was, in its day, one of the most decorated whiskeys in the US, before Prohibition shut the operation down. The brand was revived decades later and is today known for its rare, non-standardised batches.

    THE WISEMAN Straight Rye is a traditional Rye made with a mash bill of 95% Rye.

    A spicy nose progresses to the taste, filling the mouth and tickling the tastebuds.
