This cognac is produced from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the prestigious Petite Champagne area in the Cognac region of France by the cognac house Lheraud. After distillation, it is aged in oak barrels for 6 years. That changed in 1970, when André and Guy Lherud modernised production and began bottling cognac under the house's own name, a turning point that laid the foundation for the style the house still follows today.
