Knob Creek is an American brand of Kentucky Straight Bourbon and Rye Whiskey produced by Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. Knob Creek Whiskey was introduced in 1992 when the brand started manufacturing Kentucky Straight Bourbon, which has been Knob Creek's specialty ever since. In 2012, Knob Creek introduced its first Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey, which immediately after its debut received the awards "Best Rye" and "Best New Whiskey of 2012" by Esquire Magazine. The original and award-winning Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made according to old family recipes and stored for a full nine years to give the whiskey a richer and more distinct flavor.
