This is an exquisite 12-year whiskey made by Cask no. 3030 - a 1st Fill European Oak Sherry Butt from 2006, with 623 bottles drained.

Scent:
Notes of heather honey, mint and pepper.

Taste:
Powerful sweet flavors of dark caramel, dried fruits such as raisins and figs, pickled and fresh apples of many varieties, and intense and fiery with lots of punch!
