  Nobs Distillery’s Raw Spirit is as unadulterated as it gets. This peated new make is double distilled, un-colored, un-filtered, and adjusted to their preferred drinking strength. It is their very first bottling of the whisky-to-be, and it is a very limited release of only 80 bottles in total.

  This unfiltered and natural spirit provides an authentic glimpse into Nobs Distillery's upcoming whisky, before the maturation process takes over and develops deeper flavors. The smoky character from the high-peated malt (20-25 ppm) meets the sweet malt profile from the crystal malt, and the intense, powerful alcohol strength of 54.8% brings all the flavors to the forefront.   Nobs Wildfire is an experimental smoked malt spirit made from organic Danish barley sourced from Gyrup Malt. It has been briefly matured in hybrid American oak casks and used bourbon barrels from Badmotivator Legacy Barrels, giving it a unique and complex flavor profile. This release is very limited, with only 90 bottles available.

  Wildfire combines smoke from both peat and beech (12-17 ppm) with a malt base consisting of 83% smoked malt, 10% pilsner malt, and 7% caramel malt, creating a harmonious balance of smoke, sweetness, and depth.
