At Whisky.dk, we celebrate Ireland's national day on March 17th – also known as St. Patrick's Day.

This special day honors the country’s patron saint, Saint Patrick, and takes place on the anniversary of his death on March 17th, 461. Saint Patrick is believed to have introduced Christianity to Ireland in the 5th century.

Around the world, cheerful Irish people gather to celebrate the day by drinking whiskey and other delights, enjoying plenty of music – often in Irish pubs or at parades where people dress in green and orange to symbolize Ireland.
