    Egan's Conviction is a blend of Single Malt and Single Grain, aged for 10 years and finished in Cognac XO casks. The aging has contributed to floral notes, as well as hints of honey and dried apricots. The taste offers notes of almonds, chocolate, ginger and spicy fruit, among others. The aftertaste is nice and long with hints of licorice and ginger.
