Yellow Rose Premium American Whiskey is the distillery's approachable core expression, bottled at 40%. Yellow Rose Distilling was founded in 2010 by neighbours and friends Troy Smith and Ryan Baird together with Randy Whitaker, none of whom had prior experience in the spirits industry. In 2014 the distillery opened the first legal whiskey distillery and tasting room within Houston's city limits, making Yellow Rose the city's first commercial whiskey distillery.

Production & Style

The whiskeys are distilled from Texan grain and matured in Houston's warm, swinging climate, giving a faster maturation than in traditional Kentucky.
