Filliers 28 Dry Gin was launched as the family's modern take on the gin category, channelling their long experience with grain distillation and jenever botanicals into a new kind of gin. The name '28' refers to the 28 botanicals in the recipe, a nod to the house's ambition for complexity over simplicity.
