Forest Dry Gin
From a small family distillery next to the beautiful Macclesfield Forest in the Cheshire Peak District comes this exceptional artisanal gin. Husband and wife team Lindsay and Karl Bond forage for berries from the nearby forest, and use other locally sourced ingredients like organic juniper berries and organic coriander seeds in their distillation. The small-batch gin also contains bilberries, wild gorse flowers, wild raspberries, and local moss, for a unique taste which captures the wild beauty of the Peak District.
Once the botanicals have been foraged and blended together, they are added to the spirit mix and distilled in a copper condenser. Local spring water, which is exceptionally pure and soft, is added to round out the gin to 42% abv. The result is a gin packed with flavor, which pairs perfectly with a quality dry tonic water. Even the gin's packaging is exceptional, as it comes in a hand screen-printed stoneware bottle which not only looks amazing, but also keeps the spirit safe from sunlight.
