  Tasting notes

  Nose

  Fresh malt and grain, clean and direct. Light fruity sweetness and a faint yeasty note. Purity is the key word.

  Palate

  Delicate and light at 42%. Sweet grain with citrus and clean malt. The lightness and directness of a new make are evident — no cask, no complexity hiding anything.

  Finish

  Short and clean. A little malt and grain linger.
