History & Background

Nordisk Brænderi is a Danish microdistillery based in North Jutland, born out of the wave of new Danish gin distilleries that has sprung up across the country since the 2010s. The distillery hand-cures its botanicals, often using local and Nordic ingredients as core elements in its recipes. The range has been expanded over time with seasonal editions, including a Christmas variant that has made the distillery known well beyond its home region.
