  Nordic Spirits Lab NSL Gin is a Swedish gin with aquavit botanicals, distilled and bottled in Sweden at 41%.

  The gin is crafted from 10 carefully selected botanicals, each individually processed, distilled and blended, including bitter orange peel, juniper berry, angelica root and crown dill.

  Other botanicals include pomegranate peel, lemon peel, coriander seeds, caraway seeds, fennel seeds, orange blossom and meadowsweet.

  Nordic Spirits Lab is an R&D project within the Altia Group that explores drinking culture and invents new products, and this gin is gently distilled to preserve the fresh taste of the herbs and spices.

  Tasting notes

  Nose

  The nose offers fresh juniper and citrus, spiced by aquavit botanicals with a touch of meadowsweet.

  Palate

  The palate combines the freshness of juniper and citrus with the spiced character of aquavit, while meadowsweet and violet floral notes add floral depth.

  The finish is spicy and lightly floral, with a lingering freshness.

  Distiller Anders Bilgram's childhood memories of picking berries, plants and herbs in nature with his family became the inspiration behind this sloe gin, named in honour of North Jutland's wild coastline.

  Nordisk Brænderi Danish Sloe Gin is a Danish gin distilled by Nordisk Brænderi and bottled at 29.2%.

  The wild sloe berries are hand-picked at the Stensbæk estate near Vadum and combined with juniper, stinging nettle, rosehip and chamomile flowers, all inspired by North Jutland's nature.

  The gin is sweetened with cane sugar, giving it a gentle, round sweetness typical of the Sloe Gin category, balancing the natural tartness of the sloe berries.

  The lower 29.2% strength makes the gin especially suited as a digestif or enjoyed neat over ice after a meal.

  Nordisk Brænderi Danish Gin Edition Northstar is a Danish gin distilled by Nordisk Brænderi and bottled at 44.8%.

  The distillery is family-run and sits by an old glacial valley sheltered from the Jammerbugt wind, where Anders Bilgram built his distilling knowledge through travels in Germany, Russia and the Nordics.

  Edition Northstar combines North Jutland, Scandinavian and Greenlandic botanicals: Danish apples, sea buckthorn and rose petals, Icelandic angelica seed, Swedish cloudberries and the rare Rhododendron groenlandicum from Greenland.

  The blend of Nordic and Arctic ingredients gives the gin a distinctive, regional character that sets it apart from most other Danish gins on the market.
