  The whisky has been aged for 5 years in a 50-liter ex-bourbon cask, which previously held a peated version from Trolden Distillery. This unique maturation adds depth and complexity, where the sweetness from the bourbon cask blends seamlessly with subtle smoky notes from its previous content.

  Trolden Distillery Whiskymesse Malt 2022 is bottled for our 25th fair, a Private Cask exclusive to Whisky.dk - this Single Malt Whisky is bottled at 59% and has been aged in a 30 liter Virgin Oak cask. Full-bodied round vanilla notes, not to mention a slight sweetness on the nose, some caramel and ripe bananas. The 59% alc gives a flavor explosion, as well as a good spicy aftertaste with lots of oak and leather.
