The Dubliner Whiskey

The Dubliner takes its name from the city itself, whose pubs have for centuries been gathering places for storytelling and good company. The whisky is classic Irish in style, matured in bourbon casks for a smooth, approachable character. The flagship, Master Distiller's Reserve, a blend of seven different whiskeys, has even won the Whiskey of the Year award in the USA.

About The Dubliner

The Dubliner is a classic-style Irish whiskey, matured in bourbon casks. The range includes The Dubliner Original, perfect neat, on ice or in cocktails, Dubliner Whiskey and Honeycomb liqueur, and The Dubliner Master Distiller's Reserve, a blend of seven different whiskeys and winner of 'Whiskey of the Year' from USA Spirits Rating. There is also a limited-edition 10-year-old single malt in the range. For the newcomer, the Original is a smooth, easy-drinking Irish whiskey; for the collector, the limited 10-year single malt is a rarer bottling worth watching for.

History & Background

The Dubliner is produced by West Cork Distillers, one of Ireland's fastest-growing independent distilleries, founded in 2003 by three childhood friends from County Cork. The range was created as a tribute to Dublin's pub culture and the stories told across the bar, and the name was deliberately chosen to signal warmth and community rather than exclusivity. The whiskeys are blended and matured using classic Irish methods, but with West Cork Distillers' own signature smoothness and approachability.

Production & Style

The whiskey is a blend of grain and malt whiskey, composed for a light, round character.

Signature Style

Light, Sweet, Round
The whiskey offers a light, sweet character with a round finish.
