  Double Mash is an Imperial Stout at 11% from the Funen brewery Gamborg Bryghus, brewed with whisky infusion, bourbon vanilla and oak ageing. The combination gives a full-bodied, complex stout, where the double mash process ensures an extra deep malt base that plays beautifully with the whisky character and vanilla sweetness.

  Gamborg Bryghus started in 2021 as a hobby project in a private basement in Gamborg near Middelfart and has since grown into a brewery with its own brewhall - known for an innovative focus across all beer styles, including striking barrel-aged specialties like Double Mash.

  Thyras Bryg Double Ba is an Imperial Stout at 11.5% created in collaboration between Gamborg Bryghus and Thurø Bryghus. "Double Ba" refers to the beer being double barrel-aged, giving it an extra deep, complex wood character on top of the already powerful imperial stout base of roasted malt and dark chocolate.

  Gamborg Bryghus & Thurø Bryghus have created another example with this release of how Funen microbreweries collaborate to push the boundaries of what a local specialty beer can be.
