  Bucah Coffee Flavored is an Italian sambuca liqueur at 38% ABV in which the classic anise base is flavoured with coffee.

  Like the other Bucah variants, it is built on a smooth, round mouthfeel rather than pure sweetness, but here the anise meets a roasted, lightly bitter coffee character. Traditionally served ice-cold as a shot – a natural way for coffee lovers to end a meal.

  Taste

  The nose blends sweet star anise with roasted coffee beans, and the palate follows with a sweetish anise base cut by a dry, lightly bitter coffee note. The finish is warm, dark and lightly roasted.

  Bucah Original is an Italian sambuca liqueur at 38% ABV that breaks slightly from the classic sambuca style by being less syrupy-sweet and more powerful in flavour.

  The liqueur is built around the characteristic anise flavour sambuca is known for, but Bucah emphasises a smooth, round mouthfeel rather than pure sweetness. It is traditionally served ice-cold as a shot, often with three coffee beans in the glass in the Italian custom known as "con la mosca".

  Taste

  The nose is intense with star anise and liquorice, while the palate is sweet, smooth and warmly spiced with a touch of fennel. The 38% strength gives a noticeable, but not unbalanced, alcoholic bite on the finish.
