Bucah Pomegranate Flavored is an Italian sambuca liqueur at 38% ABV in which the classic anise base is flavoured with pomegranate.

Like Bucah Original, it is built on a smooth, round mouthfeel rather than pure sweetness, but here pomegranate adds a tart, berry-like dimension to the anise flavour. Traditionally served ice-cold as a shot.

Taste

The nose offers star anise spiced with tart berry notes of pomegranate, and the palate follows with a sweetish anise base cut by a fresh, lightly tart edge. The finish is warm with a light berry tartness.
