    Sarti Rosa Liqueur from Italy

Just like the Aperol Spritz, the recipe for the SARTI Spritz is simple and can be remembered as 3-2-1.

Three parts Prosecco, two parts SARTI Rosa, and one part soda water. Easy, quick, and delicious! See the blog post with the recipe here.

SARTI Spritz is the newest Spritz on the market and sweeter than both Campari Spritz and Aperol Spritz. It is exceptionally tasty and stands out with its pink color. The sweetness comes from sun-ripened Sicilian blood oranges, mango, and passion fruit, making it refreshing and perfect for a summer day, but it can also brighten up a gray day.

It is ideal for gatherings with friends and social events, but can also be enjoyed in a relaxed moment alone.

About Aperol Spritz Liqueur

Aperol is an Italian aperitif liqueur, created in 1919 by brothers Luigi and Silvio Barbieri in Padua, and the very foundation of the global Aperol Spritz wave. For the newcomer it's a light, refreshing, gently bitter experience, lovely with prosecco and soda water; for the connoisseur, the charm lies in how little it takes - Aperol was designed from the start as a milder, more approachable aperitif than the stronger Italian bitter liqueurs, and that very accessibility has become its strength.

History & Background

Aperol was developed in 1919 by brothers Luigi and Silvio Barbieri in the northern Italian city of Padua, as a deliberate answer to the stronger aperitif liqueurs already on the market. The idea was to create a lower-alcohol liqueur that could be drunk earlier in the day and enjoyed by a wider audience, without compromising on that characteristic Italian bitterness. Through the 20th and 21st centuries, Aperol grew from a regional Italian product into a global summer institution, driven by the explosive popularity of the Aperol Spritz from the 2000s onward.

Production & Style

The liqueur is made from a secret blend of herbs, roots, and citrus fruits, including bitter orange, which gives it its distinctive orange color.

Signature Style

Bittersweet, Citrus, Fresh
The flavor offers a fresh, lightly bitter character with notes of bitter orange and herbs.
