Distilleria Sarti was founded in Bologna in 1885 and is today part of the Campari Group, which took over both the distillery and the name in the 1970s. Sarti Rosa is the house's modern take on the classic Italian aperitivo tradition, where the sweetness of sun-ripened Sicilian blood orange, mango and passion fruit gives it a lighter, sweeter profile than the more bitter classics.
