In an abandoned shed on New Zealand's South Island, the distillers behind Scapegrace found an old whisky distillery – and decided to build their own gin house on top of the ruins. Scapegrace is a distillery from Dunedin on New Zealand's South Island, primarily known for its Black Gin, which changes colour from black to pink when mixed with tonic.
