  The nose is clear raspberry with floral notes, balanced by liquorice and coriander, and very delicate juniper in the background.

  Palate

  The palate opens sweetly with juniper, coriander and liquorice, before a dominant, bold raspberry flavour takes over, fading into juniper and citrus.

  Finish

  The finish is fruity and sweetly rounded, with a lingering touch of citrus.
