Whitley Neill Miniature Quince Handcrafted Gin is an English gin distilled at the City of London Distillery and bottled at 43% in a 5cl bottle.
The gin is built on the same base as Whitley Neill's original recipe, including juniper, coriander seed, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root, liquorice, sweet orange, lemon and baobab.
Turkish quince is added as the leading flavour, a yellowish fruit resembling a cross between a pear and an apple in both appearance and taste.
The result is a fruity, juniper-driven gin, where the quince's sweet notes are followed by apricot and peach, with a long finish of orange blossom and grapefruit.
