The gin is distilled with botanicals such as raspberries, juniper and coriander.

The gin is inspired by the Whitley family's history and their time in Persia, a family that has produced and distilled gin across eight generations.

This 5cl miniature makes it easy to try the fruity raspberry flavour before committing to a full bottle.

Nose

The nose is clear raspberry with floral notes, balanced by liquorice and coriander, and very delicate juniper in the background.

Palate
