    The gin inspired by the history of the Whitley family and their time in Persia. A family that has been making and distilling gin for 8 generations. WHITLEY NEILL RASPBERRY GIN is a gin with a sweet experience of fresh raspberries.
    The nose is a clear raspberry with floral notes, balanced with notes of licorice and coriander and very delicate juniper in the background. The taste is initially sweet juniper, coriander and licorice, with a dominant strong raspberry flavor that fades into juniper and citrus. Inspired by the Neill family's orchards in lush England
