A beautiful and robust aroma of warm wood, malt and a volatile spicy character, as you would find in a fine old cognac. After some time in the glass, deeper notes of caramel, toffee, nuts and dried fruit emerge. The taste is delicious and spicy: at first we encounter the cognac style, but then more malt sweetness and clear references to the sherry cask follow, with plums, berries, nuts and dried figs and dates.
