  Rooster Rojo was founded in 2000 and distills at Fábrica de Tequilas Finos in the town of Tequila, Jalisco – a colonial building from 1923 that today houses production of the brand's entire range. The line is built around three classic styles: Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, all made from 100% blue agave. The Añejo expression stands apart with a minimum of 12 months' ageing in oak barrels, giving it a darker colour and a deeper, rounder character than the younger expressions in the range.

  Rooster Rojo Reposado Tequila is a Mexican Reposado Tequila made from 100% agave, bottled at 38%.

  Rooster Rojo is distilled at Fabrica de Tequilas Finos in the town of Tequila, Jalisco, in an old colonial building dating back to 1923, where production began in 2000 under master distiller Arturo Fuentes Cortes. The blue Weber agave is cooked in autoclaves, fermented for up to 72 hours and double-distilled in copper-coil stainless steel stills. As one of the very first tequilas to do so, Rooster Rojo is blended with water filtered through real Mexican silver, before the Reposado expression rests for at least two months in French oak barrels.
