Rooster Rojo Blanco

Rooster Rojo produces at Fabrica de Tequilas Finos, located in the city of Tequila in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. The producer started in 2000, but is housed in a beautiful old colonial building from 1923, and produces a wide range of different tequila series. Rooster Rojo Tequila is produced from 100% blue agave and comes in three varieties; Blanco, Reposado and Añejo. Rooster Rojo Blanco has a crystal clear color, fresh and lively aroma with notes of citrus. The taste has first a slight sweetness and then spicy notes of pepper followed by a strong, but at the same time soft and pleasant aftertaste.
