Rooster Rojo distills at Fábrica de Tequilas Finos in the town of Tequila, Jalisco – an old colonial building from 1923, where the brand has produced since 2000. The Blanco expression is the range at its purest: unaffected by barrel ageing, showing the blue agave's natural freshness and sweetness without the spice and colour oak would add.
